The Department of Posts has rolled out APT 2.0 (Advanced Postal Technology) for employee services under IT 2.0 reforms. One of the key features available in the India Post Employee Portal is the option to generate and download monthly pay slips online.

For the month of August 2025, pay slips have already been generated for rollout offices. Employees can now easily access and download their salary details using the Employee Self Service (ESS) module.
Steps to Download Pay Slip (AUG-2025) in APT 2.0
Follow the steps below to access your India Post Employee Pay Slip:
- Open the India Post Employee Portal
- Visit: https://app.indiapost.gov.in/employeeportal/home
- If you are using mobile, enable Desktop Mode in your browser for smooth login.
- Sign In
- Enter your User ID and Password to access the portal.
- Go to Self Service
- Scroll to the bottom right corner of the home screen.
- Click on Self Service.
- Navigate to Pay Slip Option
- Go to: Employees Payment System → Employee Self Service → Report → Pay Slip
- Select Pay Slip Month
- By default, AUG-2025 will be selected.
- Click on Generate Pay Slip.
- (📌 If using mobile, disable Desktop Mode after login for better viewing).
- Download or View Pay Slip
- You can download the Pay Slip as a PDF.
- Or click Open in New Tab to view it online.
