- The examination shall consist of 3 papers:
- Paper-I : 250 Marks
- Paper-II : 50 Marks
- Paper-III : 300 Marks
- Question Structure
- Paper-I: 125 MCQs (2 marks each) – Duration: 2 hrs 30 min
- Paper-II: Noting & Drafting (15+15 marks) + Draft Charge Sheet (20 marks) – Duration: 1 hr
- Paper-III: 150 MCQs (2 marks each) – Duration: 3 hrs
- Qualifying Marks
- General: 40% in each paper & 45% overall
- SC/ST/PwBD: 33% in each paper & 38% overall
- Other Points
- Circulars, orders, and guidelines issued up to 31st December of the preceding year will form part of the syllabus.
- Examination shall be without aid of books.
